Fernanda Cortes, Esq.

Managing Attorney

With years of experience at prominent law firms, Fernanda Cortes realized that exceptional representation begins with one simple principle: clients deserve an attorney who is always accessible, genuinely responsive, and fully committed to their success.

As an immigrant from Brazil who personally navigated the U.S immigration and legal systems, Fernanda combines deep professional knowledge with authentic empathy. She understands the emotional weight of life-changing legal matters and guides each client with patience, clarity, and unwavering dedication.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she is uniquely equipped to serve Central Florida’s diverse communities, ensuring that language or cultural differences never stand in the way of powerful advocacy.

Fernanda is licensed to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She earned her law degree in Brazil in 2002, worked in the legal department of one of the country’s largest financial institutions, then obtained her U.S. law degree. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

W.A Randolph (“Randy”) McClean, Esq.

Senior Attorney

Randy McClean brings more than two decades of distinguished experience in criminal defense, family law, and immigration law. A proud graduate of the University of Florida, Randy earned his Bachelor of Arts with Honors before attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

After receiving his Juris Doctor in 1996, Randy joined the Office of the State Attorney for Orange and Osceola Counties, where he handled countless felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, and traffic cases. His extensive courtroom work led to opportunities to lecture at law enforcement seminars and teach at the Valencia College Law Enforcement Academy.

In 1999, Randy entered private practice, building a strong reputation as a zealous advocate in State and Federal Courts. He represents clients in divorce, custody, paternity, child support, domestic violence, and dependency matters. In criminal law, he defends against DUI, drug offenses, violent crimes, theft, white collar crimes, and more.

The son of immigrants from Barbados with family roots across multiple continents, Randy understands firsthand the challenges immigrants face. His background inspires his commitment to helping individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their American Dream.
